Live chat data: Chat messages and any name or email address you enter in the live chat, together with technical data processed by the chat widget.
Usage data (only with your consent): Pages visited, interactions and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Preferences: Your cookie consent choice and language preference, stored in your browser.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes and on the following legal bases:

Analytics (only with your consent): Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga) to recognise returning visitors. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits without cookies. Both are only loaded after you consent in the cookie banner.
Live chat (only with your consent): The tawk.to chat widget is only loaded after you consent in the cookie banner. It then stores identifiers in cookies and local storage so that chat conversations can be continued.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Data is received by the following service providers:

Cloudflare, Inc.: Hosting, content delivery, security and Cloudflare Web Analytics
Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC: Google Analytics (only with your consent)
tawk.to inc.: Live chat (only with your consent)
jsDelivr, cdn.tailwindcss.com and cdn.simpleicons.org: Delivery of scripts and icons. These providers receive your IP address when the files are loaded.
Our email provider: Receiving and storing email enquiries

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary:

Email and chat enquiries: As long as needed to handle your enquiry. If a contract follows, statutory retention periods apply.
Google Analytics: No longer than 14 months.
Cloudflare Web Analytics: Aggregated statistics without cookies.
Preferences: Stored in your browser until you delete them.

FKT Software is based in Türkiye. The European Commission has not adopted an adequacy decision for Türkiye. When we process your data in Türkiye to answer your enquiry, the transfer is based on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR (necessary for pre-contractual measures taken at your request).

Some of the service providers listed above may process data in the USA. Such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
